About the position:

New Hampshire Public Radio (NHPR) is seeking a collaborative, customer service-focused individual to support two critical departments: Underwriting and Development. You will work with the Underwriting team, which secures support for the station through digital, on-air and podcast ad sales, to enter contracts, ensure proper execution of their terms, place digital ads on our website, run reports and provide general support. You will also work with the Development team to provide excellent customer support to NHPR's donors by responding to information requests, maintaining donor records in our database and assisting with mailings. This is a full-time position reporting jointly to the Director of Corporate Support and Fundraising Systems Manager.   • Work with the Traffic Manager to maintain underwriting traffic and daily on-air logs.
  • Schedule underwriting messages in podcasts and execute digital ad orders.
  • Process billing and respond to related information requests.
  • Update and maintain records in the donor database.
  • Respond to donor inquiries by phone and email
  • Run donation acknowledgment process.


  • Three years of experience in an office environment with strong computer skills. Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
